Privacy policy

§ 1 General provisions

  1. The personal data controller is Taulog Sp. z o.o. ul. Diamentowa 10, 62-070 Konarzewo, District Court Poznań-Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, no. KRS 0000862408, VAT no. NIP: 7773365813, statistical no. Regon: 387148352, share /capital PLN 20,000. Data protection is executed compliant with the requirements of the generally binding legal provision, and data are stored on secured servers.
  2. The interpretation of specific terms is subject to the Regulations terminology or the Privacy Policy (if results directly from the description).
  3. For the purpose of the Privacy Policy the term “User” is replaced by “You” and “Controller” by “We”. The term “GDPR” means the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and care for the safety of data. To this end we apply, among others, the SSL security protocol.
  5. Personal data provided in the contact form are treated as confidential and invisible for unauthorized persons.

§ 2. Data Controller

  1. The service provider is the controller of personal data of its customers. This means that if You make and inquiry through the contact form, we process Your personal data such as: first name, surname, e-mail address, IP address.
  2. Personal data are processed:
  • compliant with personal data protection regulations,
  • compliant with the implemented Privacy Policy,
  • in the scope necessary to reply to the inquiry,
  • in the scope necessary to execute legitimate interest (legally justified purposes) of the controller, where processing by no means violates the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
  1. Each data subject (if We are the data controller) has the right to access his or her personal data, correct, delete or restrict the processing of them, the right to object or file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  2. Contact with the person supervising personal data processing in the Controller’s organization is available by e-mail at: office@taulog.com.pl
  3. We reserve the right to process Your personal data after the end of cooperation or withdrawal of consent only in the scope necessary for possible litigation or provided the national, UE or international legislation obliges us to retain the data.
  4. The Controller has the right to render User’s personal and other data available to entities authorized under respective legal regulations (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  5. The removal of personal data may result from the withdrawal of consent or lodging a legally admissible objection to personal data processing.
  6. The Controller does not make personal data available to entities other than authorized under respective legal regulations.
  7. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and access control to limit the effects of any possible data security violation.
  8. Personal data are processed by persons authorized by us exclusively or a processor with whom we closely cooperate.

§ 3 Cookies

  1. The taulog.com.pl website uses cookies. They are small text files sent by www server and stored in the browser’s software. Whenever the browser connects with the website the type of user device is identified. The parameters allow for reading information included in the cookies only to the server that created them. Cookies make it easy to use previously visited websites. The information collected concern the IP address, type of browser, language, operating system, internet service provider, time and date, location and information sent to the website through the contact form.
  2. The data collected serve to monitor and verify the manner in which users use out websites to improve service functioning and ensure a more efficient and seamless navigation. The monitoring of user information is based on the Google Analytics tool that records user behavior on the website.
  3. Cookies identify the user which allows for proper customizing the website content to his or her needs. By storing user preferences, the cookies make it possible to personalize the advertising content. We use cookies to guarantee the highest comfort standard of our service, and the data collected are internally used by the company Taulog Sp. z o.o. only to optimize its operations.
  4. Our website uses the following cookies:
  • “indispensable” cookies making it possible to use the services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used by services that require authorization within the framework of the website;
  • secure cookies ensuring security, e.g. used to detect authentication abuses;
  • “efficiency” cookies gathering information about the way the service website is used;
  • “functional” cookies that “store” user’s settings and personalize user interface, e.g. in terms of selected language or region of the user, font size, the website design, etc.;
  • “advertising” cookies providing the user with advertising content customized to his or her interests.
